Who can join?

 

Our primary audience is women in the sector, regardless of role or experience, who seek to build networks, share knowledge, and support each other. We also welcome individuals from other underrepresented groups, recognising the importance of diverse identities. Allies (those not from underrepresented groups) can join via a limited Ally membership, participating in select events and providing mentoring while aligning with WiRL’s mission and values.
